- spread 1/2 of ricotta mixture over noodles and sprinkle with 1/2 of the reggiano.
- lay 1/2 the mozzarella and 1/2 the provolone and top with 1 and 1/4 cup tomato sauce.
- repeat steps 8 thru 10.
- add one more layer of noodles and top with remaining sauce and cheeses that had been set aside.
- cook in oven for 30 to 45 minutes, until top is brown and bubbly.
